| Customers who obtain the 2, 3, 4, or 5 Exam Packs, the process for getting the free retake is explained below. In order to get the free retake, candidates will need to visit https://www.prometric.com/microsoft/examretake.htm?s=MSRETAKE once they fail the exam and request a retake voucher. |

| They will be required to enter their voucher number, email address, and exam code which will be validated based on a report which is uploaded frequently to confirm they are eligible for the free retake. |

| A voucher number will then be emailed directly to them for their free retake. It is important that candidates do not use these exam pack voucher numbers for their free retake as it will use one of the “exam attempt” on their voucher code that they will not be able to get back. |
